WARRANTY, DELIVERY, AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty

Kinova Design products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided they are used in accordance with the user instructions and maintained regularly.

Only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Damages caused by improper use, transportation, or external factors are not included in the warranty scope.

Consumer warranty responsibilities are governed by the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For commercial sales, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code apply.

Delivery

Delivery Process

Products are delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of order via Kinova Design’s partnered shipping company.

The delivery period is up to 15 business days from the date the order confirmation email is sent and the contract is established.

In special circumstances (such as peak periods or natural disasters), the delivery period may be extended by an additional 10 business days. The buyer will be informed in advance via written or electronic communication.

Shipping and Delivery Details
  • Products will be sent with a phone notification if the shipping company does not provide door-to-door delivery in a certain region.

  • Any additional shipping costs arising due to incorrect shipping details, absence of the recipient at the delivery location, or refusal of delivery will be borne by the buyer.

Damaged Packages
  • If the product package is damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package and request a report from the courier.

  • If damage is noticed after delivery, report the issue along with the shipping report to our customer service within 3 business days.

Returns

Returns for Customized Products

As Kinova Design products are customized in size and painted in special colors, returns are not accepted.

This policy is regulated under Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Returns for Defective or Faulty Products
  • In case of manufacturing defects, products can be replaced or repaired at the customer’s request. Kinova Design will cover the shipping costs in such cases.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team. Returns must be sent via our contracted shipping company.

Return Process and Conditions
  • Return requests for defective products must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return section on the invoice must be completely and accurately filled out.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and complete. Products that are opened, used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

Refund Process
  • Refunds for credit card payments will be processed according to bank policies.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is received.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized and specially produced products.

  • Used, damaged, or unpackaged products.
