This agreement has been electronically executed between the seller and the buyer under the terms specified below.

2. Subject

This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the buyer through the website www.kinova.design, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below.

The product specifications are prepared according to the details selected by the buyer at the time of order.

4. Product Delivery

4.1. The product will be delivered to the address declared by the buyer at the time of order via the shipping company contracted by the seller. The delivery period is a maximum of 15 business days from the approval of the order.

4.2. The buyer must check that the product is undamaged upon delivery. If the product is damaged, the buyer must have the shipping company issue a damage report and notify the seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products (e.g., products made to custom sizes and colors) as per Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation.

5.2. If a defective or faulty product is delivered, the buyer must notify the seller within 3 business days. In such cases, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Payment for the products is made using the payment method selected by the buyer during the order process.

6.2. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be processed according to the bank's procedures, which the seller cannot control.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. Seller's Obligations:

• To prepare and deliver the ordered products within the specified period and in accordance with the order details.

• To inform the buyer in advance if the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

• To provide necessary support for returns or replacements of defective or faulty products.

7.2. Buyer's Obligations:

• To provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• To check the product upon delivery and report any damage.

• To be present at the declared address for delivery.

8. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

8.1. The personal data shared by the buyer during the order process is processed and protected in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the parties will primarily seek an amicable settlement. If the dispute persists, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in the buyer's jurisdiction shall have authority.

10. Effectiveness

10.1. By approving this agreement electronically, the buyer accepts all terms and conditions.

10.2. The agreement takes effect on the date the order is confirmed.
